**Job Purpose** This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.Culture Anchor:Have high ambitions - Inspires the team to aim for higher targets and supports in achieving themOwn It - Acknowledges uncertainty and makes changes in own decisions/ actions for better outcomes **Duties and Responsibilities** - Disbursement processing on Finnone & Strong Knowledge of Lending module is must. - Knowledge of Cancellation & rebooking of loans will add advantage - Well versed with customer 360 as need to collect the customer history from customer history to analyze the exact issue of complaints. - Managing various request flows over mail & CRM portal for CDPL/EPL/SFPL. - Daily Monitoring of BTTP recon & Act upon clearance of Open Items by taking corrective actions. - Making follow up with internal stakeholders such Sales **Required Qualifications and Experience** Practice Emotional Intelligence - Develops the team, supporting them to do moreListens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.
