**Responsibilities** **Financial Planning & Analysis:** - Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for the site. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making. **Cost Control & Management** - Monitor and control site-level costs, including manufacturing, logistics, and overheads. - Analyze cost variances and implement corrective actions. **Accounting & Compliance** - Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing. - Maintain compliance with local statutory requirements and corporate accounting policies. **Internal Controls & Audit** - Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors for site audits. **Business Partnering** - Collaborate with operations, procurement, and other departments to drive financial performance. - Support CAPEX planning and ROI analysis for site investments. **Reporting** - Prepare and present financial reports to site and regional leadership. - Ensure timely submission of reports to corporate finance. **Qualifications** - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. - 10–20 years of experience in finance
