Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets in current accounts, liabilities, and insurance products. • Conduct regular field work to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients. • Develop and implement effective strategies for cross-selling and upselling various banking products. • Monitor performance metrics such as sales volume, customer acquisition rates, and retention ratios. Job Requirements : • 1-4 years of experience in branch banking or related field sales role. • Strong understanding of current account, CASA (Current Account Savings Account), liability products, and insurance offerings from the bank. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
