Communicated with sales team to resolve queries promotly. Coordinated with legal and valuation vendors to obtain reports and process monthly bills alongside central team. Delivered DDs to customers with accepted KYC matching system records. Dispatch Dockets to HO on T+1. Addressed customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and foster positive service experience. Contributing to branch sales goals by driving new account acquisitions, promoting products (loans, credit cards), and cross-selling financial services. Supervising staff, conducting training sessions, providing mentoring to improve performance, and ensuring high performance. Building relationships with high-value clients, addressing grievances, and ensuring excellent service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
