**Responsibilities** **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Manage and oversee civil construction greenfield projects within the Power/Energy industry - Utilize expertise in BTG, BOP & structure in power plant construction - Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members - Conduct regular site inspections and address any construction-related issues - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fulfilled - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards **Technical Skills** - Knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations - Project management skills - Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and Primavera P6 for project scheduling - Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software **Non-Negotiable Skills** - Experience in civil construction greenfield projects - Expertise in BTG, BOP & structure in power plant construction - Strong leadership abilities - Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and Primavera P6 for project scheduling - Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures specific to thermal power projects - Understanding of relevant Indian standards (IS codes) and international standards applicable to thermal power plant construction **Qualifications** - Qualifications and Experience **Education Qualification** - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field **Experience** - 6-8 years of experience in civil construction greenfield projects - Experience in the Power/Energy industry
