**Responsibilities** Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee civil construction greenfield projects within the Power/Energy industry - Utilize expertise in BTG, BOP & structure in power plant construction - Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members - Conduct regular site inspections and address any construction-related issues - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fulfilled - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards **Technical Skills** - Expertise in BTG, BOP & structure in power plant construction - Knowledge of relevant construction codes and regulations - Project management skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software Non-Negotiable Skills: - Experience in civil construction greenfield projects - Expertise in BTG, BOP & structure in power plant construction - Strong leadership abilities **Qualifications** Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field **Experience** - 8-10 years of experience in civil construction greenfield projects - Experience in the Power/Energy industry
