Key highlights about Nucleus include: - Entrusted by Global and Regional banks as a preferred partner for their Traditional to Transformative journey - Driving large Digitalization programs for various banks using Data Science, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, RPA based solutions. - An organization with an “Employee First” outlook Recognized as a “Great Place to Work “by a global research organization ### **Job Description** - Design and maintain enterprise-wide Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, including emergency response management. - Develop and implement Crisis Management plans for major business disruptions. - Prepare, update, and maintain BCP/DR documentation (plans, procedures, call lists, test results, etc.). - Plan and coordinate functional and technical continuity testing. - Collaborate with IT to maintain DR plans for critical systems and ensure recovery sites remain updated and functional. - Maintain and update the organization’s Business Continuity Policy. - Conduct Business Impact Analyses to identify vulnerabilities, single points of failure, and mitigation strategies. - Assess and report regulatory and industry requirements related to BCP/DR. ### **Requirements** - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Mgmt./Engineering (preferred) - 7–10 years in BCP/DR program mgmt. - Business Continuity certification (preferred) - Proficiency in MS Office - Strong leadership & stakeholder mgmt. ### **Benefits** Nucleus is well known for identifying, nurturing, and promoting internal talent and having long mutually rewarding associations with its performing associates.
