**Job Purpose** 1.Regulatory correspondences - ensuring regulatory correspondences are disseminated, tracked and timely information is provided to the regulators. This activity requires active co-ordination and follow-up with internal stakeholders. 2.Prepare RBI intimations relating to closing, shifting of branches. 3.Handling the RBI reporting portal DAKSH ensuring reporting request dissemination to internal stakeholders, tracking reporting timelines 4.Tracking and ensuring regulatory returns are filed on time at a BFL level regulatory reportings are weekly, fortnightly, monthly, half yearly, yearly. **Duties and Responsibilities** Minimum required Accountabilities for this role A.Regulatory correspondences received from the regulators are disseminated, tracked and timely information is provided to the regulators. B.Completeness of RBI interaction records and documentation. C.Record maintenance of the RBI Inspections requirements and submission. D.Assisting during Regulatory inspections. E.Tracking and ensuring regulatory returns are filed on time at a BFL level. F.Work closely with internal teams to ensure the relevant regulatory requirements are well understood and data provided accordingly for regulatory submission. G.Additional accountabilities pertaining to the role. H.Automating processes in the Compliance Tool. **Key Decisions / Dimensions** - Vetting of documents/ data from regulatory aspect received from various stakeholders, prior to submission. **Major Challenges** (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) - This role requires high level of co-ordination and follow-up with internal stakeholders across the company from operations, business, finance, risk, IT, COEs, etc. Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders and getting data on time is a challenging task. - Meeting regulatory expectations and short timelines for data submission is challenging. **Required Qualifications and Experience** a) Qualifications - Graduate / Post-graduate / Professional qualification - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint b) Work Experience - For Deputy Manager Work experience of 1-2 years - Effective communication and documentation skills - Should be a self-starter and a team player - Ability to work under tight deadlines
