Resolving Customer complaints, failed part analysis, ICA/PCA identification, Verification \& Implementation. 2. Preparing consolidated action plan for customer complaints ( field / user plant) and analyze the trend for improvements. 3. Management of Z stages \& ensuring adherence of assembly processes to deliver defect free product. 4. Pro-actively identify process gaps, concerns and executing corrective measures along with CFT. 5. Global demerit audit -- for ongoing models \& new projects. Maintain test bed \& run the engines as per SOP. 6. Conducting Product / Process audits \& reports circulation to all stake holders as per control plan. 7. Conduct QCRT and ensure closure of concerns. 8.
