- **Position title** : Deputy Manager – Digital Distribution - **Location** : Mumbai – Corporate Office - **Department:** Digital Business Grade: IL-4 - **Organizational relationships Reports to** : Chief Manager – Digital Business - **Purpose of the Job:** Responsible for Digital Business Development to drive New Initiatives and new partners beyond Fintech for NIMF *Key Responsibilities:* -Create opportunities for alliance with BFSI/Non BFSI companies at leadership Level -Draw Plan for strategic Business alliance and resultant disproportionate growth in Digital Business -Include and not limit to payment banks, mobile wallet, fintech and ecommerce companies -Ideate, own and lead new Digital Distribution centric initiatives for the organization -Manage & own various storefronts across multiple Fintech partners -Design Unique use cases for end customers through such partnerships -Upcoming or New Fintech partner pipeline management & building beyond Fintech pipeline -from sourcing to go live to relationship Management -Map partner ‘s requirement through continuous interactions and brainstorming -Coordinate with Internal departments, Operations, IT, Legal, Marketing for operation and process mapping as per fintech partners requirements -Ability to spot potential Behavioral Competencies: -e-commerce business rigor & drive for day-to-day business -outward facing go getter attitude -Drive for running online storefront enhancement activities -Analytical Skills & creative thinking -Superb in communications Role Specific Competencies: -Knowledge of Digital Space & category management -Knowledge of new age apps & Fintech -Experience of Strategic partnerships (Ecomm and Digital preferred) -Innovative, humorous & Smart -Team player -IT/Digital Savvy -Loves to Travel ***Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp:*** -Graduate MBA with 2-4 years of relevant work experience - Experience in E-Commerce, Startups, Payments, e-retail, Fintech Digital Alliances
