Job Summary This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Responsibilities - Managing Hospital sourcing for assigned Relationship for Loans and Insurance. - Engage with Hospital to build and strengthen relationships. - Ensuring timely revert on Hospitals queries. - Managing FOS at Hospitals for Loans and Insurance sales in conjunction with Hospital Staff. - Daily Reporting of Key metrics for the hospitals for driving velocity. Qualifications - MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 1-3 years of experience. - Prior relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry or Healthcare industry would be an added advantage. - Demonstrated success achievement orientation. - Strong bias for action driving results in a high performance environment. - Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. - Excellent Interpersonal Skills. - Acceptable level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
