If you're eager to make a significant impact on our people processes and contribute to a thriving workplace culture, we encourage you to apply! **Key Responsibilities:** As an HR Officer, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of Human Resources initiatives, focusing on: **1. People Process Champion:** - 1. Orchestrate Core HR Cycles: Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all critical people processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and annual increment cycles. - 2. Co-drive Learning & Development: Partner with our Centers of Excellence (CoE) to support and co-drive strategic learning and development agendas, enhancing employee capabilities across the organization. **2. Employee Onboarding:** - 1. Seamless Onboarding Experience: Ensure a smooth, rigorous, and welcoming induction process for all new joiners, integrating them effectively into the organization's culture and operations. **3. Employee Engagement:** - 1. Action Planning & Implementation: Spearhead engagement action planning, translating survey feedback into concrete initiatives and overseeing their successful implementation. - 2. Drive Engagement Initiatives: Lead the execution of employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and facilitate the implementation of actionable insights to foster a positive work environment. Visit sites on a weekly basis and connect with employees to solve queries, identify drivers for disengagement and craft long-term solutions. - 3. Rewards & Recognition: Drive quarterly rewards and recognition initiatives that celebrate employee achievements and foster a culture of appreciation. **4. HR Operations:** - 1. Manage Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the timely and accurate completion of all activities within the employee lifecycle, including probation evaluations, confirmations, inter-departmental transfers, position code creations, raising job requisitions, etc. - 2. Data Integrity & Accuracy: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all employee data within our HRIS (SuccessFactors), maintaining robust and reliable information. - 3.
