**Role Purpose :-** To support and implement Human Resource and Industrial Relations initiatives at the site level by ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and harmonious relations between management and employees. The role focuses on end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, and proactive IR management to maintain a productive and legally compliant work environment. **Location -** Navsari , Surat **Role & responsibilities** - **Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management** 1. Manage bulk hiring and de-hiring based on business requirements. 2. Coordinate with manpower vendors for timely availability of workforce - **Payroll, Attendance & HR Operations** 1. Oversee attendance management through biometric systems / reports. 2. Verify and process monthly payroll inputs in coordination with the central HR/payroll team. - **Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling** 1. Drive employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and communication forums. 2. Conduct induction, open house, and monthly feedback sessions to strengthen employee connect - **Industrial Relations & Contractor Management** 1. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and ensure timelyresolution. 2. Support in maintaining healthy IR climate at the site. - **Statutory Compliance** 1. Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, and other statutory requirements. 2. Coordinate for statutory audits and maintain up-to-date records and registers. - **HR MIS, Analytics & Reporting** 1. Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports such as manpower, attrition, absenteeism, and disciplinary incidents. 2. Provide analytical insights for decision-making and process improvement **Preferred candidate profile** 1. Knowledge of Labor Laws & Statutory Acts 2. Statutory Compliance Management 3.
