**Title** : Deputy Manager – Learning Delivery (G3L2) Job ID - **IND170448** **Location:** Pune **Shift Timings:** 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST **Role Description** The Delivery Leader will be responsible for leading a team of Learning Consultants and ensuring delivery excellence through effective people management, stakeholder engagement, performance management, and operational oversight. The role requires accountability for team performance, coaching and mentoring associates, driving engagement and retention, and aligning team objectives with business goals. We are seeking candidates with a min. of **7–10 years of overall experience** , including **strong people management experience** and exposure to the **learning domain** . Expertise in **HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Time** will be an added advantage. **Key Responsibilities** - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong people management capabilities with the ability to foster a positive and inclusive team culture. - Ability to adapt to change and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and operational efficiency. - Resource management, prioritization, delegation, and stakeholder management. - Lead and manage a team of learning professionals, providing guidance and support. - Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team. - Strategic thinking with the ability to align team goals with organizational objectives and manage projects effectively. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies. - Hands-on experience with LMS and other learning technologies/tools. - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching. - Support team member growth and development through training, mentoring, and career development initiatives.
