Job description

- Productivity Improvement, Optimum utilization of resources with safety - Down time reduction & Improvement in machining health to improve uptime. - Monitoring and controlling of the process safety, quality, efficiency to reduce process variation & institute better controlling method - Monitoring of plan vs. actual results on daily basis & plan actions to improve wherever required - Kaizen, Safety, 5s, TPM, 10 Pillar - Timely preventive maintenance of all machine - Monitoring on wastage of machine i.e oil leakage, air leakage, motor overload etc. - Responsibility of all Plant maintenance and utility - Knowledge of Electrical and mechanical maintenance. - Good knowledge of mechanical press, VMC machine and PLC programing. - Good knowledge machine safety. - Generating MPR of Spares in SAP & follow-up for the same. - Responsible for spare parts planning - Preventive Maintenance - Identifying & monitoring of energy saving projects & new projects. - Measuring Customer Satisfaction level - Employ System / Customer requirements - Review & updation of system documents as per set frequency - Ensuring PPE compliance on shop floor as per requirements - Capturing near miss incidents and take necessary actions - Take corrective actions to eliminate accidents and minimize risks - Maintenance cost, Adherence to the planned budget - Analysis of shop wise monthly utility consumption (Air, Water, Gas) - Carry out planned maintenance - Improve employee morale, maintaining 5S and Process layout - Upgradation of employee skills & smooth functioning of day-to-day activities - Knowledge of all machine and maintainance documents
