We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a Deputy Manager ? Talent Acquisition at the corporate level. The role involves driving end-to-end recruitment processes for key functions, collaborating with stakeholders across locations, ensuring timely closures, and aligning hiring strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement capabilities. KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB The position is responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies for the Organization. This includes finalization of recruitment strategy, planning for execution, recruitment process management and stakeholder management
