Deputy Manager - MFI Business Compliance

Job description

**Job Purpose** This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Own and deliver automated Business Compliance reporting dashboards for MFI and Gold businesses with high accuracy and timeliness - Build and optimize SQL-based data pipelines and logic to support scalable analytics and reporting needs - Design and implement Regulatory and Non-Regulatory KPI frameworks, enabling standardized performance and compliance tracking - Drive end-to-end automation of calling workflows, including trigger-based case identification, prioritization, allocation, and disposition tracking - Develop AI-driven monitoring solutions for real-time KPI tracking and proactive risk identification - Create and enhance SFDC dashboards and reports to enable actionable insights for business stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data and automation solutions - Continuously improve data quality, process efficiency, and automation coverage across compliance analytics **Required Qualifications and Experience** - Strong SQL and data analytics expertise - Exposure to automation, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/SFDC), and analytics tools - Problem-solving mindset with high ownership and execution focus
