**Product Management** - Manage new product launches and drive product communication across the organization.Improve existing product policies, processes, and portfolio performance. **Sales Enablement** - Partner with L&D to design training programs, support sales teams with trackers and marketing initiatives, and drive campaigns/contests to improve productivity and business conversion. **Stakeholder Management** - Collaborate with Product, Credit, Operations, and Sales teams, including HDFC Bank stakeholders, to drive business objectives and ensure seamless execution. **Business Analytics** - Track mortgage business performance through MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports.
