Deputy Manager-NPD (Tooling)

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Lead and manage end-to-end product development projects from concept to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement. - Develop and validate sheet metal parts press tooling designs using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Create and review technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications. Good Exposer of stamping process. - Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, and cost analysis. Support prototyping, testing, and design iterations to meet performance and quality standards. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and customer requirements. Drive continuous improvement in product design and development processes.
