**Location Name:** Rajkot **Job Purpose** “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” **Duties And Responsibilities** - An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. - Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development. - A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target. - Manage Multiple locations – And ensure they will deliver their set targets and drive KRA for the business. - Manage channel relationships - Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets - Manage the sales process - Ensure process rigor and controllership - Ensure smooth service delivery to channels. Manage the FOS productivity **Required Qualifications And Experience** - Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA – Finance/ Mktg - With relevant experience of 2-4 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. - Excellent communication skills. - Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
