Embed cyber risk at the start of strategy development for more effective management of information and technology risks. Your Work Profile As a member of our Cyber team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with internal teams and external clients, always aiming to exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: **Key Responsibilities** - Author, review, and maintain **Cyber policies and procedures end-to-end**, from requirement gathering to final publication. - Ensure **procedures are fully aligned with policy intent**, regulatory expectations, and organizational standards. - Translate policy requirements into **clear, actionable, and operationally usable procedures**. - Conduct **SME workshops, walkthroughs, and validations** to ensure accuracy and practicality. - Manage **stakeholder reviews and approvals**, including senior leadership, within defined timelines. - Perform **gap analysis** on existing policies/procedures and update outdated or ineffective documentation. - Handle **exceptions and deviations** by defining approval, documentation, and escalation mechanisms. - Plan and execute **bulk revisions** (e.g., 200+ policies/procedures) in response to regulatory or guideline changes within limited timelines. - Ensure **regulatory traceability** by mapping regulatory requirements to procedural steps. - Support **risk management documentation**, including creation and enhancement of risk management procedures. - Release procedures with proper **version control, governance approvals, communication, and training plans**. - Measure and monitor **procedure effectiveness** using audit findings, error rates, SLA adherence, and user feedback. - Education- Any Bachelors and Master Degree
