We also operate Max@Home–among India’s largest healthcare-at-home services in 12 cities–and Max Lab, offering 2,700+ tests in 50+ cities across North India. **ROLES &****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Co-ordinates with other departments in managing the quality department of the hospital. - Assisting the departments in identifying quality indicators. - Guiding departments towards method of data collection, collation and analysis of data and improvements. - Monitors continuous quality improvement initiatives in various departments of the hospital in association with link staff / Quality Coordinators and HoDs. - Assisting the departments to analyze areas of improvements based on their own recommendations through risk assessments and improve taking up performance improvement projects. - Involved in preparation of organization policies & procedures compliant with local regulatory and accreditation body standards. - Implement improvements in collaboration with the Quality team, departmental heads and Director Administration. - Works in close coordination and guidance of Director Quality, other team members & corporate office. - Supervise the working of team members. - Prepares quality objectives for individual departments in coordination with department heads. - Continuously works upon finding newer ways of improving the quality of service. - Core member of the Accreditation / Awards teams as applicable. - Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of various requirements of chapters in accreditation standards along with the other team members. - Conduct departmental audits or rounds to check compliance with hospital policies and procedures - Conduct open and closed medical record audits to check compliance with hospital policies and procedures - Plays the role of a risk manager and monitors every incident under the purview of patient and staff safety. - Analyses incident reports and maintains data of the same - Analyses sentinel events that happen within the hospital in close coordination with the quality team and other department heads and escalate through Director Administration. - Any other responsibility as deemed by the management. **Qualifications:** - Post Graduate /MBBS /BHMS /BAMS / MHA **Experience & Qualifications** - 4–7 years of experience in Quality. - Previous supervisory or team lead **Skills:** - Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational abilities. - Excellent communication and crisis management skills. **Working Conditions** - Fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment. - May require long hours, shift work, and availability during emergencies.
