Job Summary We are looking for a Deputy Manager – Strategic Partnerships with 6–8 years of experience to identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, with a primary focus on the diagnostics business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong industry network, exceptional relationship management skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth through high-impact partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities, negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Development ● Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships across diagnostics, hospitals, healthcare providers, corporates, insurers, wellness brands, and allied healthcare businesses. ● Leverage an existing network within the healthcare and diagnostics ecosystem to build long-term strategic alliances. ● Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility through partnership-led initiatives. ● Evaluate partnership opportunities based on strategic alignment, commercial viability, and long-term business value. ● Lead commercial discussions and negotiate partnership agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Business Strategy & Market Intelligence ● Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the diagnostics and healthcare industry. ● Identify new growth avenues and recommend strategic initiatives to strengthen Tata 1mg's market presence. ● Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organizational business objectives. ● Build business cases and evaluate the commercial potential of new partnership opportunities. Partnership Execution & Stakeholder Management ● Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to successfully launch and scale partnership initiatives. ● Own the complete partnership lifecycle—from opportunity identification and onboarding to execution, performance tracking, and optimization. ● Develop partnership frameworks, define success metrics, and monitor key performance indicators. ● Ensure timely execution of partnership deliverables while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Performance & Growth ● Track revenue contribution and business impact generated through strategic partnerships. ● Analyze partnership performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. ● Prepare business reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership. ● Drive innovation by identifying new collaboration models that enhance customer experience and business growth. Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field. ● MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred. Experience ● 6–8 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Alliances, Enterprise Sales, or Consulting. ● Prior experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, HealthTech, Wellness, Insurance, or related industries is highly preferred. ● Demonstrated experience in building and managing strategic partnerships that have delivered measurable business outcomes. ● A strong network within the diagnostics ecosystem will be a significant advantage. Required Skills & Competencies ● Strong understanding of the diagnostics and healthcare ecosystem. ● Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnership opportunities. ● Excellent commercial acumen and business development skills. ● Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. ● Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. ● Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ● Ability to work independently while managing multiple strategic initiatives. ● High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and result-oriented approach. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for business analysis and presentations.
