Deputy Manager - Supply Chain

Overview - ------- * Support predictive/preventive maintenance planning in collaboration with BU Maintenance teams * Leverage SAP and DVC systems to perform maintenance planning activities * Support maintenance reporting and master data team Responsibilities - --------------- * Develop annual maintenance masterplan * Adjust monthly plan based on maintenance KPIs, AOP and local projects * Generate and maintain weekly maintenance plan * Generate open predictive/preventive work order list and recommend actions for local teams * Open WO list analysis and action plan review * Deep dive DVC information and provide analysis / insights to site team for plan optimization * Update maintenance procedures * Review system setup and support master data accuracy * System health check and maintenance readiness review * Collaborate and support maintenance reporting and spare parts team to optimize system and procedures Qualifications - ------------- * Bachelor degree minimum, in engineering, science, or related fields. * 5 years industry experience in supply chain, and understanding of engineering and maintenance planning desired * Be familiar with SAP different modules, especially in maintenance operations * Skills to Create insights and visualization using Tableau, PowerBI, and/or Excel is preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate across teams. * Highly analytical with particular attention to detail, and with data sensitivity. * Ability to work effectively in an independent environment. * Customer-centric and collaborative. Problem solving skills required. * Excel \& Office package advanced knowledge mandatory
