**Job Title:** Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition **Location:** Gurgaon **Company:** Devyani International Limited (DIL) **Role Purpose** The Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment across Corporate, Operations, and Support Functions. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, developing effective sourcing strategies, ensuring quality talent acquisition within defined timelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the organization's growth plans. **Key Responsibilities** **Talent Acquisition** - Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition approval to candidate onboarding. - Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking. - Build strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and closure. - Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement until joining. **Stakeholder Management** - Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. - Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations. - Ensure regular communication with stakeholders on recruitment progress and hiring challenges. **Recruitment Planning & Execution** - Drive hiring as per defined TAT and business priorities. - Monitor recruitment dashboards and proactively address hiring bottlenecks. - Support manpower planning and workforce forecasting initiatives. **Employer Branding** - Manage job postings across LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms. - Participate in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and employee referral programs. - Represent the organization at recruitment drives and career events, where required. **Recruitment Operations** - Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring MIS. - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation, and approval processes. - Coordinate pre-boarding activities, documentation, and onboarding with HR Operations. **Process Improvement** - Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. - Drive recruitment analytics and recommend strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring quality. - Support HR technology initiatives and recruitment process automation. **Qualifications & Experience** - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with experience in Corporate and Business Hiring. - Experience handling Corporate and Business hiring across multiple functions. - Prior experience in **Retail, QSR, Hospitality or FMCG,**will be preferred.
