**Role & responsibilities** - Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. - Monitor recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness. - Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to achieve performance targets. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. - Utilize diverse sourcing channels to attract quality candidates. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. - Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience end-to-end. - Implement best practices for candidate engagement and communication. - Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing requirements. - Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and ensure compliance. - Drive employer branding and use data insights for recruitment decisions. **Preferred candidate profile** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
