**Job Purpose** To deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in **Hospital Front Office, Billing, Patient Experience, and Hospital Administration**, while preparing students with the knowledge and skills required to work effectively in healthcare organizations. **Key Responsibilities :** - Deliver lectures and practical sessions on **hospital front office operations, billing processes, patient registration, admission, discharge, and appointment management**. - Train students on **patient communication, customer service, patient experience, and grievance handling**. - Explain hospital billing concepts, including **billing procedures, insurance/TPA coordination, cashless processes, documentation, and payment collection**. - Provide practical exposure to **hospital information systems (HIS), billing software, registration systems, and basic hospital documentation**. - Develop lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, case studies, assignments, and assessments. - Conduct demonstrations and role-plays covering **patient interaction, telephone etiquette, counselling, complaint resolution, and service recovery**. - Train students on maintaining **patient confidentiality, professional ethics, and appropriate communication standards**. - Assess students through examinations, practical assessments, assignments, presentations, and viva. - Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and practical skills. - Guide students in internships, industry projects, and hospital-based practical training. - Coordinate with hospital departments to provide students with relevant **industry exposure and practical learning opportunities**. - Keep teaching content updated with current **hospital practices, patient experience standards, billing processes, and healthcare regulations**. - Participate in academic activities, workshops, seminars, student counselling, and institutional events. - Maintain academic records and submit reports as required by the institute. **Key Subjects / Areas** - Hospital Front Office Operations - Patient Registration & Appointment Management - Admission & Discharge Procedures - Hospital Billing & Cash Management - Insurance & TPA Coordination - Cashless & Reimbursement Processes - Patient Experience & Patient Relations - Customer Service in Healthcare - Communication & Telephone Etiquette - Complaint & Grievance Management - Hospital Information System (HIS) - Medical Records & Documentation - Healthcare Ethics & Confidentiality - Service Quality & Patient Satisfaction - Hospital Administration Basics **Qualification** - **Bachelors or Masters degree** in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a relevant discipline. - Candidates with qualifications in **Healthcare Management** with relevant experience may also be considered. Experience - **5-10 years of relevant experience** in hospital front office, billing, patient experience, hospital administration, or healthcare operations. - Prior **teaching/training experience** in an academic or healthcare institute will be preferred. - Candidates with strong hospital industry experience and an interest in teaching may also be considered.
