**Job Purpose** This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. **Duties and Responsibilities** Identifying probable prospect data sources Building a robust process of acquiring, validating, uploading and managing prospect data Be contact point for rural prospect term loan business. Analyse and enrich data metric driven approach Closely work with Call Centre team on campaigns Coordinate with Analytics Risk and continuously review processes and business sourcing Reengineer and design optimal processes to maximise productivity at field level Create and present various presentations for launch of new ideas (process / product / channel) Drive business as per target and track metrics closely Field Visits Interact with various stakeholders for driving business IT/BIU/COE/Risk **Required Qualifications and Experience** Graduate with 8-12 years / Post graduate with 5+ years of experience in Sales/product development. Understanding of entire product development process from gap analysis to product launch and post launch evaluation. Sound understanding of excel and power point Data Analysis Large data management, SQL Competencies oEntrepreneurship oInitiative oBias towards delivery oProject management oCustomer technology orientation
