You''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of metro signalling GOA4 projects. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, and finance), lead project activities, and coordinate with external stakeholders to meet project objectives and ensure customer satisfaction. Youll specifically take care of project governance and strategy definition, but also manage project progress and key performance indicators. **Well look to you for:** - Accountability for project QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance) and optimizing financial performance (Margin & Cash) - Defining and implementing project strategy in line with contract requirements, including objectives allocation to sub-systems - Leading and coordinating project activities from transfer to close-out - Managing resources and aligning stakeholders towards project goals - Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, instructions, and standards - Proactively managing risks, savings, and opportunities - Representing Alstom in customer and external stakeholder relationships - Managing variation orders, claims, and litigations when necessary **All about you** We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, weve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: - Degree in Engineering or equivalent - 10+ years of experience in metro signalling, particularly GOA4 - Strong understanding of project management practices and principles - Knowledge of project governance, financial performance, and contract management - Familiarity with risk and opportunity management - A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus - Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
