Job Title: Deputy Sales Manager – Salaried Personal Loan Company: Bajaj Finance Ltd. Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in Personal Loan Sales (Salaried segment) Employment Type: Full-time CTC: As per company standards + performance-based incentives Job Summary: Bajaj Finance Ltd. is looking for a driven and result-oriented Deputy Sales Manager to join our Salaried Personal Loan vertical. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling personal loans to salaried customers and will be responsible for driving loan acquisition, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly business targets. Key Responsibilities: • Acquire new customers for salaried personal loans through open market, leads, and channel partners. • Generate business from DSA, connectors, and corporate tie-ups. • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance norms. • Handle end-to-end loan processing – from login to disbursement. • Drive cross-selling of financial products (insurance, credit card, etc.). • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales service. • Achieve monthly targets for disbursement, conversion, and lead management. • Prepare MIS and reports as per management requirements. Candidate Requirements: • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. • 1 to 2 years of experience in personal loan sales (preferably salaried segment). • Good knowledge of the personal loan market and financial products. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment. • Should be self-motivated and have a result-oriented mindset. • Local market knowledge is a plus.
