**Location:** Bangalore **Age Preference:** Up to 26 Years **Role Type:** Team Handling Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Officers. - Drive Personal Loan sales business and achieve monthly targets. - Monitor team performance and ensure productivity goals are met. - Generate business through direct sourcing, referrals, channel partners, and field activities. - Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities. - Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and documentation standards. - Train and mentor team members to improve sales effectiveness. - Maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, and business partners. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review. Eligibility: - Graduate in any discipline . - 15 years of experience in Personal Loan, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sales. - Experience in team handling is mandatory. - Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. - Good understanding of lending products and sales processes.
