**Job Purpose** Bajaj CSR is looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support the Healthcare and Artisan Livelihood portfolios. The role will work closely with Portfolio Owners (POs), Focal Persons (FPs), NGO partners, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth coordination, documentation, monitoring, communication, and execution of CSR activities. **Duties and Responsibilities** 1. NGO Partner Coordination - Serve as a key coordination point between Bajaj CSR and NGO partners. - Follow up with NGO partners on project activities, reports, beneficiary data, documentation, and other requirements. - Facilitate timely communication between NGO partners, Portfolio Owners, and Focal Persons. 2. Programme Support - Provide operational and administrative support to Portfolio Owners and Focal Persons across Healthcare and Artisan portfolios. - Maintain project trackers, records, reports, beneficiary databases, and documentation. - Assist in collecting and compiling programme-related information and updates. 3. Beneficiary Verification Feedback - Conduct telephonic verification calls with beneficiaries to confirm receipt of support and services provided under CSR initiatives. - Capture beneficiary feedback and share observations with the programme team. - Assist in programme monitoring and beneficiary validation exercises. 4. Event Activity Coordination - Coordinate with NGO partners for special events, workshops, awareness campaigns, field visits, inaugurations, and portfolio activities. - Support planning, logistics, communication, and documentation for CSR events. - Ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders for successful event execution. 5. Social Media Communication Support - Support Portfolio Owners in creating and managing social media visibility for CSR initiatives. - Coordinate with NGO partners to collect photographs, videos, beneficiary stories, testimonials, and impact updates. - Assist in developing communication materials, success stories, presentations, and project highlights. 6. Documentation Administrative Support - Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, reports, and project documentation. - Support data compilation, audits, reviews, and information requests. - Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special tasks as assigned by the CSR team. **Required Qualifications and Experience** - Graduate in any discipline. - Preference for candidates with qualifications in Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, Rural Management, or related fields. - 35 years of experience in project coordination, NGO management, CSR, community programmes, or stakeholder engagement. - Fresh candidates with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities. - Good documentation and reporting skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
