- - **Job Purpose** We are seeking an experienced Power BI & SQL Developer with strong expertise in data visualisation, dashboard development, and SQL query optimisation.- The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in a Banking Contact Centre environment and be proficient with Data Lake technologies and AWS cloud services. - This role involves transforming large and complex datasets into meaningful insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. - **Duties and Responsibilities** - Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual analytics tailored for contact centre operations. - Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction and transformation. - Work extensively with Data Lakes for ingestion, storage, and retrieval of large datasets. - Build robust data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query. - Collaborate with contact centre teams to understand KPIs such as AHT, FCR, call volume trends, agent performance, etc. - Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security in compliance with banking industry standards. - Troubleshoot and optimise dashboard performance, query execution, and data refresh schedules. - Prepare technical documentation and support BI governance best practices. - **Required Qualifications and Experience** Required Skills & Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in Power BI development. - Strong expertise in DAX, data modelling, and Power Query. - Solid command over SQL with the ability to write and optimise complex queries. - Strong experience working with Data Lake architectures. - Hands-on experience with AWS services like S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, and Lambda (as applicable)..
