**Job Purpose** This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. To handle business financials, planning analysis of business expenses vs budget Engage with business stakeholders like Finance, Operations, COE, ARU as per business requirement **Duties and Responsibilities** - Business PL Management - Liaising with finance team for PL alignment - Preparation of Monthly Management reporting -Monthly financial trackers, deck - Help business to track their budget v/s actuals on monthly basis - Annual Budgeting: Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Long-range Strategy (LRS) for business - Liaising with Marketing team for visibility @POS - Connect with ARU team for monthly campaign (SMS/Email/notification) for Dealer Offers - Ensure implementation of promotional plans contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the business **Key Decisions / Dimensions** - Hiring, training, and retaining the team - Interaction with sales team as per business requirement - Interaction with finance team for business PL alignment management - Interaction with ARU team for campaign management **Major Challenges** - Working together and coordinating with various business stakeholders becomes a challenge at this role **Required Qualifications and Experience** a)Qualifications MBA / Bachelors with a minimum 6-7 years of Sales experience b)Work Experience - Graduation with 6 to 7 years of and MBA with 5-6 years of relevant experience - Strong bias for action driving results in a high-performance environment - People Relationship Management skills - Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill
