This role combines strategic thinking, design excellence, technical detailing, and stakeholder collaboration to create innovative workplace environments that are both aesthetically compelling and functionally effective. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving workplace design projects from concept through completion while ensuring alignment with client expectations, business objectives, and end-user needs. **Key Responsibilities** **Design & Creative Development** - Develop workplace design concepts, layouts, test-fits, and space planning solutions. - Lead concept development and collaborate with visualization teams for impactful 3D design outputs. - Prepare design documentation, technical drawings, and detailing for project execution. - Ensure innovative, user-centric, and brand-aligned design outcomes. **Client Management** - Engage with clients to understand project goals, workplace culture, and design requirements. - Present design concepts and recommendations while ensuring alignment with client expectations. **Project Coordination** - Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders for seamless delivery. - Drive effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. **Strategy & Research** - Develop workplace design strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends. - Conduct user and workplace research to support informed design decisions. - Translate insights into functional, innovative, and high-performing workplace environments. **Key Skills** - **Conceptualization & Strategic Thinking:** Develop innovative design solutions aligned with business objectives. - **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. - **Project Management:** Manage timelines, budgets, and multiple project deliverables effectively. - **Problem Solving:** Analyze challenges and implement practical, user-focused solutions. - **Client Management:** Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. **Key Competencies** - **Teamwork & Collaboration:** Works effectively across teams and fosters a positive, collaborative environment. - **Quality Focus:** Drives high standards and incorporates stakeholder feedback into outcomes. - **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong negotiation, conflict management, and networking abilities. - **Self-Motivation & Adaptability:** Proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently. - **Attention to Detail & Delivery Focus:** Ensures accuracy and timely delivery under tight deadlines **Qualifications** - 4–5 years of experience in **Workplace Design**. - Experience in workplace planning, test-fits, concept design, design development, and detailing. - Exposure to **corporate interiors, commercial workplace projects, and client-facing roles** will be preferred. **Additional Information** **Why Join Colliers?** - Opportunity to work on transformative workplace projects. - Collaborative and innovation-driven environment. - Exposure to leading clients and complex design challenges. - Strong opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
