***TCS is hiring for Design Director*** ***Role:*** ***Design Director*** ***Experience:*** ***10-15 Years*** ***Location:*** ***Pune*** **Responsibilities:** * Develop the creative execution, ensuring the outputs meet the high standards of the studio * Oversee one to multiple projects and work streams * Work with existing clients to explore new opportunities and projects * Contribute to external initiatives and promotion of the agency * Inspire the rest of the studio through their initiative and best practices * Occasional travel to client sites across the globe * Managing, mentoring and line managing the team, making sure regular 1-2-1's and reviews are completed for team development **Qualifications:** * 10 Years' experience within an agency or product design business * Experience managing teams and coaching others * Experience inspiring leadership members * Experience in senior stakeholder management and growth of client accounts * Expert in Adobe CS products, Figma and Sketch
