Design Engineer (3d routing & packaging)

Job description

- 3d routing packaging - Expertise in CATIA V5 Electrical for 3d wiring harness routing - Extensive design experience of Electri cal routings packaging - Expertise of Electrical components packaging and integration (Bracket design) - Clash analysis, DMU - Expertise in design of clamps, brackets, panels, grommets, seals, fuse box channels for wiring harness at desired locations. - Knowle dge of DFMEAoKnowledge of Info fitment drawing preparation. - Selection of proper retention items (e.g. retention clips, cable tie s, etc.) while 3D model routing. - Selection of harness coverings (e.g. conduit, tape, premium sleeving, etc.) based on 3D model rou ting and packaging and surrounding geometry. - Release in PLM - ECN management.
