Job Summary:\\*\\* We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Design Engineer-Inventor to join our team at Cyient Insights India Pvt Ltd. This role involves applying strong engineering concepts to design and develop innovative solutions using SolidWorks, with a focus on independent problem-solving and execution. Job Responsibilities:\\*\\* \\* Apply fundamental engineering concepts to design, develop, and test new products and systems. \\* Utilize SolidWorks for 3D modeling, detailed design, and technical drawing creation. \\* Conduct independent research and analysis to identify design opportunities and challenges. \\* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions into larger projects. \\* Generate innovative ideas and concepts, and translate them into feasible designs. \\* Perform design calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure design integrity and performance. \\* Prepare and present design reviews, technical documentation, and project reports. \\* Manage individual design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications. Job Qualifications:\\*\\* \\* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. \\* Proven strong understanding and application of core engineering concepts (mechanics, materials science, thermodynamics, etc.). \\* Proficiency in SolidWorks for advanced 3D modeling, surfacing, and assembly design. \\* Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative. \\* Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design challenges. \\* Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. \\* Experience with product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes is a plus.
