Design Engineer – Safety & Restraint Systems

Job description

**Experience:** · 3–8 years of experience with automotive OEM in durability & reliability validation · Hands-on experience in at least two passenger vehicle programs · Experience in CFD simulations, Air flow, external aerodynamics, front end flow simulations · Knowledge of multiphase simulations will have advantage. · Must have good skill with ANSYS-Fluent. · Effective communication skills. · Design experience will be added advantage. Job Profile: **Roles & Responsibilities** · Interaction with customer to understand the simulation requirement and objective. · Get correct boundary conditions and CAD input. · CAD clean up, Meshing, volume meshing and carry out simulations. · Prepare reports which can be well understood to the customer with their formats. Tools Hyper mesh, ANSYS-fluent, T-Grid, Workbench, ANSA Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thoraipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
