Job Description: 1) Evaluate Alternate supplier proposal and defining engineering solution data checking seals Packaging point of view. 2) Packaging data preparation. 3) Design feasibility of Sealing parts like Glass run mould,Primary Seal, Secondary Seal, Tail gate seal, Grommet and Plug. 4) Releases of the VAVE selas ideas and Alternate suplier proposal in TCUA and TCE 5) Support in proto shop / testing activities 6) SEALS parts Packaging and DMU check. 7) Concept data preparation 8) Disucussion with Supplier for design and data maturation for seasl parts 9) Supplier DFMEA Review 10)Should be knowledge of mastic sealatnt and Joinery sealing grommet and plug selection, 11)Creation of EBHS and Grommet Layout 12) Modular BOM updation, data migration **Must have :** 3D Modelling, 2D drawings, 3D annotation in Catia & PLM check-in/ check-out & releases ,DFMEA **Preferred to have :** Knowledge of Seals parts and Supplier discussion **Primarily Skill** : CATIA V5, TCUA,TCE,DFMEA, Seals Supplier data Reviews **Secondary Skill :** RFQ,SOR, preparation
