Location: Guwahati, AS, IN Areas of Work: Sales & Marketing Job Id: 15514 Role Purpose Store business development initiatives by engaging with internal and external stake holders like architects/interior designers, builders, in store team designers and associates. Manage multiple stores across a geography in terms of maintenance, dealer coordination, new store launches. Key Responsibilities • Drive business development initiatives by engaging with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Store Teams, and Associates. • Manage multiple stores within the assigned geography, including maintenance, dealer coordination, and new store launches. • Coordinate with Pricing, Order Processing, IT, Brand Team, and Design Cell to ensure seamless store operations. • Manage escalations and coordinate execution of high-value, high-profile projects. • Ensure adherence to consultation processes, reporting standards, and project follow-ups. • Establish quality standards for space planning, mood boards, and design presentations. • Support store profitability and business growth through upselling, cross-selling, training, and sales enablement initiatives. • Drive implementation of centrally launched business initiatives across stores. Technical Skills • Ability to assess customer requirements and develop suitable design solutions. • Ability to translate customer briefs into designs aligned to budget, lifestyle, and functional needs. • Strong understanding of space planning and aesthetic design principles. • Ability to improve systems and processes based on business requirements. • Ability to develop and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies. • Strong visualization and presentation skills through sketches, mood boards, storyboards, and 3D renders. • Good knowledge of Asian Paints products and design-led selling practices.
