Job Summary Design Lead We are looking for a highly creative and strategic **Design Lead** to drive the development of compelling visual and multimedia content across all brand touchpoints. The role involves leading creative direction for branding, marketing campaigns, motion graphics, videos, digital assets, UI creatives, and marketing collateral while mentoring and managing a multidisciplinary creative team. Key Responsibilities - Define and drive the overall creative vision aligned with brand objectives. - Lead campaign ideation, brainstorming, and creative execution. - Manage and mentor graphic designers, motion designers, and video editors. - Oversee the creation of: - Social media creatives - Website banners - Emailers - Brochures & catalogues - Packaging designs - Print advertisements - Presentation decks - Infographics - Lead production of: - Brand films - Product videos - Reels & Shorts - Explainer videos - Corporate videos - Motion graphics - Develop high-performing creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. - Support UI and web creatives including landing pages and microsites. - Maintain brand consistency, quality standards, and timely delivery across all creative assets. Required Skills - Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) - Figma / Canva / UI tools - Motion Graphics & Video Editing - Branding & Visual Identity - Campaign Ideation & Creative Strategy - Typography, Layout & Visual Storytelling - Team Management & Stakeholder Management - Excellent communication and presentation skills Work Location **Lower Parel, Mumbai (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)**
