**Role:** Desktop Support Engineer L1 **Location:** Gurugram **Experience:** 1.5+ Years **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals - Handle and resolve tickets via ticketing tools (SLA driven) - Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, VPN, and network issues - Manage meeting rooms (VC setup, projectors, AV support) - User account management (Active Directory, password reset, access) - Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations **Requirements:** - 1.5+ years of experience in **corporate IT/Desktop Support** - Strong **communication skills** - Experience in **ticket handling and technical support** - Knowledge of **Windows OS, basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)** - Hands-on experience in **meeting room/AV support** **Preferred:** - ITIL knowledge - Experience with tools like ServiceNow/Remedy
