**JBM Group** is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Diploma Engineer Trainees to join our growing production line for lithium-ion battery & auto components manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity for recent diploma graduates in engineering to gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge and rapidly expanding industry. As a Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and work alongside experienced engineers and technicians to learn all aspects of the battery production process. Job Description: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the lithium-ion battery production line & ensure production time meets cycle time and OEE targets. - Learn and understand the different stages of battery manufacturing, including cell assembly, module assembly, and pack assembly. - Operate and monitor production equipment under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Assist in quality checks and inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. - Identify and report any process deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues to the supervisor. - Participate in troubleshooting and basic maintenance activities. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and implementing Quality Improvement Projects. - Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Production Engineer or Supervisor. **Requirements:** - Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering - Strong analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Candidate profile:** - Good communication skills. - Should be self-driven, capable of taking up challenges and ownership. - Interpersonal skills - able to work effectively with other employees **Department**: Production **Eligibility Criteria:** - Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics Engineering) - Batch: 2025/2026 (Passouts) - Marks: 60 % & above in 10th/12th & Diploma - No Backlogs
