This is Domain based developer, details below, domain expertise has to be **on Charles river/ other OMS , trading workflows and Investment Management (NOT Investment Banking** ). **Job Description :** **Essentially between 12-15 yrs of exp.** - **Consulting Mindset & Soft Skills** : Detail-oriented, problem-solving, strong communication skills with ability to manage client expectations in fast-paced environments. - **Technical Foundation :** Proficient in Java OR C#, XML/XSLT, and database technologies (MS SQL Server) . - **Integration Experience :** Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, ETL tools (Kettle/Talend), and messaging platforms like (MQ, Kafka). - **CRIMS/OMS Domain Experience:** Prior experience with **Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or OMS implementations** , including exposure to trading workflows and investment management operations. - **Batch Processing & Scheduling :** Experience with job scheduling and batch processing tools such as Tidal, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and dependency management. **Must Have:** Charles river Or CRD Or Investment Management Or Trading workflow Or IMS Ops
