Our purpose is simple - to deliver a sustainable future for the world through science and collaboration. If you’re looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you’re in the right place.  ## About you and this role As an **eBusiness IT Analyst,** you will apply functional and technical knowledge to support digital commerce capabilities (EDI, chemXML, JSON, OCR solutions, P2X etc.), solve business process and system issues and help deliver reliable eBusiness solutions for Dow. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the eBusiness team, business partners and external vendors to understand requirements, deliver solutions and support successful implementations.  Our eBusiness implementations consist of customers, vendors and logistics providers.  The analyst serves as both the project manager and implementer for projects and coordinates with our external vendors and partners. You will help analyze and resolve business and SAP issues, review information from multiple sources and use established guidelines to recommend practical solutions. Your work will support customer, operational, project and service activities within the eBusiness team and related business teams. You will have opportunities to grow your expertise while contributing to digital commerce initiatives across Dow. ## **Responsibilities** - EDI and OCR Partner Onboarding – Support onboarding activities for EDI and OCR partners, including coordination, requirements review, testing, validation and issue follow-up. - Requirements Analysis – Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for eBusiness processes and digital commerce solutions. - Process and Solution Documentation – Create and maintain clear process flows, functional documentation, test scripts, support materials, and design inputs. - Quality Assurance and Hypercare – Validate data accuracy after implementation, manage hypercare support, troubleshoot integration issues and help ensure compliance with process and technical standards. - Stakeholder Communication – Communicate effectively with Dow teams, business partners, external vendors and current or potential EDI partners. - Status and Metrics Reporting – Provide timely updates on status, risks, issues and action items. - Automation and Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, reduce manual effort and support automation design, testing, and implementation. - Cross-Functional Collaboration – Serve as a liaison between IT, business units, and external partners to support eBusiness tools, integrations and work processes. - Support –Issue investigation, ticket resolution, root cause analysis, testing and stabilization activities. ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline preferred or a **minimum of****3 years of relevant experience.** **Your****Skill** - Experience or working knowledge of **electronic document interchange, including EDI, IDOC processing, mapping, XML and EDI standards such as ANSI or EDIFACT.** - Experience or **working knowledge of SAP ECC** and **related order-to-cash,** **logistics, or digital commerce work processes.** - Experience working with external vendors & internal stakeholders which could include warehouses, 3PLs, customers and carriers. - Fluent English in verbal and written communications. - Skills, knowledge and abilities should include. - Strong communication and interpersonal effectiveness skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to support project activities, manage assigned tasks and follow through on action items. - Ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams. **Additional****notes** - The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones is essential. - Your performance will support the successful delivery, adoption and ongoing reliability of eBusiness solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, data quality and digital commerce capabilities. - **No relocation support is provided on the role.** **Benefits – What Dow offers you** We invest in you.  Dow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay, your health, your life, your future, and your career. You bring your background, talent, and perspective to work every day.
