**Greetings from TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES!** **Skill: Smart COMM/ Thunderhead** **Years of Experience: 5-10 years** **Location: Gurugram** **Job Description:-** - Develop and maintain customer communication templates using Smart Communications (SmartCOMM). - Design dynamic, data-driven templates for documents such as statements, letters, and notifications. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Perform template testing, debugging, and optimization for performance and accuracy. - Support integration of SmartCOMM with backend systems using basic Java knowledge. - Assist in deployment and environment management using AWS services. - Troubleshoot issues related to document generation and formatting. - Ensure compliance with branding and regulatory standards in all communications. - Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best practice implementation. - 5+ years of hands‑on experience with OpenText SmartCommunications / GMC Inspire - Strong experience in template design, rule configuration, and data mapping - Proficiency in SmartCOM Designer, Content Author, and Control Center - Working knowledge of XML, XSD, XPath, XSLT - Good understanding of document composition, formatting, and output management - Experience in batch and on‑demand document generation - Hands-on experience with Smart Communications (Thunderhead / SmartCOMM). - Strong understanding of document composition and template design. - Basic knowledge of Java (for integrations, APIs, or debugging). - Basic understanding of AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, CloudWatch). - Knowledge of XML, JSON, and data mapping. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS for template styling.
