We truly appreciate your understanding! **Please find the below detailed job description and the company profile for your better understanding.** **Position: DevOps Architect** **Experience: 12-16 years** **Job Location: Bangalore** **Position Type: Full time** **Qualification: Any graduate** **Work Mode: Hybrid** **Technical Skills:** AWS/AZURE/GCP, DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure, Jenkin, Bitbucket, Jira, Bamboo, IaM, IaC and automation practices. **Role Summary:** Lead the discovery, assessment, and solutioning activities for an enterprise DevOps platform landscape. The role will evaluate the current environment, identify dependencies, risks, and operational gaps, and define a phased transition and improvement roadmap. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct discovery workshops with customer stakeholders and incumbent teams. - Assess current DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, and infrastructure landscape. - Understand platform architecture, integrations, dependencies, and operational processes. - Identify risks, technical debt, supportability concerns, and single points of failure. - Review platform governance, security, access management, and operational maturity. - Define transition approach, knowledge transfer requirements, and operating model. - Develop future-state recommendations and implementation roadmap. - Present findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders. **Required Experience** - 12+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of CI/CD platforms and software delivery lifecycle. - Experience with enterprise cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure). - Experience conducting assessments, due diligence, transitions, or managed service takeovers. - Knowledge of DevOps toolchains, automation platforms, and infrastructure operations. - Ability to analyze complex environments and translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. **Preferred Skills** - Jenkins and DevOps platform architecture. - Atlassian ecosystem (Bitbucket, Jira, Bamboo). - IAM/SSO concepts and enterprise access management. - Infrastructure as Code and automation practices. - ITIL and service management processes. **Key Deliverables** - Current-State Assessment - Architecture & Dependency Overview - Risk and Gap Analysis - Transition Readiness Assessment - Future-State Recommendations - Transition & Improvement Roadmap **Success Criteria** - Complete understanding of current environment and dependencies. - Identification of operational and technical risks. - Defined transition strategy and ownership model. - Practical roadmap for stabilization, transition, and optimization **Why Coforge?** Coforge is a global digital services and solutions provider that leverages emerging technologies and deep domain expertise to deliver real-world business impact for our clients.
