The DevOps lead is responsible in directly overseeing the implementation, deployment, and integration of solutions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery. They also plan, build, configure, and test solutions, maintain systems, analyze and approve new code.They are expected to manage all aspects of solutions deployment and technical operations.If you are passionate about building and leading high-performing Devops team we invite you to apply **Basic Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other Engineering field. - 8-10 years with DevOps expertise. **Responsibilities** - Drive adoption of continuous integration/inspection/deployment. - Play a crucial role in product scoping, roadmap and architecture discussions with the engineering. - Ensure the team is cohesive and aligned toward the same goals. - Promote a positive engineering culture that reduces technical roles. - Demonstrate a clear understanding of your project domain. - Maintain awareness and expertise in the latest cloud and infrastructure, orchestration and automation. - Ensure that all capabilities delivered align with the original business objectives , service levels, IT strategies and design intent. - Recommend new technologies that improve DevOps services, reduce costs and /or provide a competitive advantage We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21,000 difference-makers in our workplace. **Work Experience** **Skills & Requirements:** - 3+ years of experience in planning and implementing cloud infrastructure and DevOps solution like IaC and CI & CD. - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in handling a team of skilled DevOps - Experience working with development teams building on microservices and native cloud solutions. - Experience with multiple data stores (MySQL,Postgres,DynamoDB) - Hands on experience in managing and deploying containerized environments using docker ,EKS,Kubernetes is must. - Expertise in cloud infrastructure solutions like Microsoft Azure, AWS. - Hands on experience using large scale software development, preferably in one of these languages: Java, Python, scripting languages is a must. - Experience in cloud infrastructure security. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - AWS certifications will be an added advantage. - Strong communication and leadership skills.
