The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and operations management, with excellent leadership skills. Roles and Responsibility • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect the organization's assets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security threats. • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards. • Implement and maintain secure coding practices and standards across the organization. • Provide training and guidance on security best practices to employees. • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity. Job Requirements • Strong understanding of security principles and practices, including threat modeling and risk assessment. • Experience with security frameworks and standards, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure. • Ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, focusing on collaboration and continuous improvement. • Strong knowledge of cloud security platforms and containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
